Apex for real estate brokers
This listing photo is real. Here’s the link.
Apex Verify gives real estate brokers and agents capture-first proof for listing photos, walkthrough videos and property condition. Shot in Apex Camera, sealed at capture, shared as one link buyers, sellers and tenants can open.

The numbers
The trust problem is already expensive.
Why photos alone fail
A listing photo is a promise. Right now, nobody can check it.
AI staging, erased cracks, borrowed photos from another house: on a portal they all look the same. EXIF dates can be rewritten in seconds and vanish on every re-upload, and AI detectors only guess. Buyers deserve a source they can open.
Why metadata and detectors failWhere it matters
Six moments that need proof.
Listing photos and video
Shoot the listing in Apex Camera and put the verify link in the listing or brochure. Buyers see the untouched original, the device and the capture time.
Public linkAltered or virtually staged images
California’s AB 723 asks for a link to the unaltered original. An Apex verify link is a public URL that shows exactly that original capture. Check the details with your broker of record; this is not legal advice.
Public linkMove-in, move-out and handover
Document every room at key handover. Time, device and content hash are sealed at capture, so a deposit dispute starts from facts instead of memories.
24-hour private linkRemote buyers and virtual showings
Send an out-of-state buyer a walkthrough video that provably came from this device at this time, not recycled footage from last year.
24-hour private linkRepairs before closing
Ask the contractor to capture the finished repair in Apex. The buyer’s agent opens one link instead of trusting a forwarded JPEG.
24-hour private linkYour agent identity
Every proof links back to your creator profile, so clients can see who captured the media and what else you have published.
Public link
Two kinds of link
Public when it should be. Private when it must be.
Public link
Permanent.
Permanent and open to anyone. Made for listings, brochures, portals and your agent profile.
Private link
Gone in 24 hours.
For one recipient, revocable, and gone after 24 hours. Made for occupied homes, personal belongings and documents you would never post publicly.

Honest limits
Proof of capture. Not a verdict.
What it provesThe photo or video was captured in Apex Camera, on this device, at this time, by this account, and has not changed since.
What it doesn’tThat the property is as described, that the seller is honest or that wiring instructions are genuine. Never send money based on an email: confirm wiring instructions by phone with a number you already know.
Questions
Straight answers.
- How can buyers tell if listing photos are real?
- They can open the photo’s Apex verify link. It shows the original capture with creator, device, capture time and content hash. A listing photo without a verify link can still be real, but there is no source record to check.
- Can Apex help with California AB 723?
- AB 723 (Chapter 497, Statutes of 2025) requires licensees who advertise digitally altered property images to disclose the alteration and link to the unaltered original. An Apex verify link is a public URL that shows the original capture. Whether it meets your specific obligations is a question for your broker of record or counsel.
- Can I upload existing listing photos into Apex for proof?
- No. Proof is created only at the moment of capture inside Apex Camera. Imports from the camera roll, screenshots and downloaded files never receive Apex proof.
- How do I share photos of an occupied home privately?
- Use a 24-hour private link. It goes to one recipient, can be revoked and expires after 24 hours, while the original stays in your private Apex Vault.
- Is Apex an AI detector?
- No. Apex does not guess whether an image is fake. It creates a signed record at capture and lets anyone check that source later.
- Does Apex prevent wire fraud?
- No. Apex proves where photos and videos came from. It does not verify bank details or emails. Always confirm wiring instructions by phone using a number you already trust.
